Drum & Bugle as youth development

I had dinner with some amazing people in Newark that have made a 30 year  commitment to Drum & Bugle Corps as youth development.  The combination of a rigorous regime, music, travel, and camaraderie create a powerful culture and teaches valuable life lessons.
